Social Media Marketing Specialist (TikTok Focus)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement content strategies for major social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, alongside Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter; create and manage engaging, platform-specific content and campaigns to drive user interaction.
2.Monitor and analyze performance metrics of content across platforms, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimize strategies based on data.
3.Create short-form video content tailored to TikTok trends, including scripting and basic video editing.
4.Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activity, delivering comprehensive analysis and actionable recommendations.
5.Identify and explore innovative social media trends and collaborate with global influencers (KOLs/KOCs) to amplify brand presence and cultivate partnerships.
Qualifications:
1.Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; international candidates welcome.
2.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and a strong understanding of platform-specific audience behaviors and trends.
3.Proven experience (1+ years preferred) managing content creation, execution, and performance analysis on social media platforms.
4.Basic video editing skills with proficiency in tools such as Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.
5.Strong creativity and the ability to craft compelling, culturally relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
6.Experience with influencer marketing, particularly managing collaborations with KOLs/KOCs, is highly desirable.
