  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder preferably Industrial Engineering, SCM or IT

Experience:

  • Must be a heavy SAP user
  • With at least 8-year work experience in SAP system (mm module - materials management)
  • With at least 5-year work experience in formulation and documentation of processes using MS Visio and SOX404 testing
  • With extensive working knowledge with PowerBI, MS Copilot, UI Path StudioX and Python programming
  • At least 5-year work experience in Logistics operations (inventory management warehouse operations, fleet management and/or Import/Export ops) would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidates, reviews and analyze Logistics reports (TMT Inventory, budget) and coordinates to LOBs the needed information
  • Ensures timely documentation, review and update of the Division's processes, policies, and procedures following the company standards
  • Responsible in improving the existing process, procedures, and systems, performing data analysis, identifying risks, and evaluating controls
  • Develop, manage and communicate Logistics process book of knowledge based on the Company standards, best practices, and new learnings
  • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and statistics to provide insights that support Logistics management decisions and present to Heads a regular report
  • Ensures compliance of all sections to the requirements of SarbOx and SGV audit preparation, ensures the effectiveness of controls, timely remediation, and submission to internal and external Auditors
  • Ensures timely and accurate provision of support to operations on the following Logistics systems: SAP, One Hub, CSP, iHelp etc.
  • Ensures and facilitates training of all Logistics system users requiring such new knowledge or update in Logistics system
  • Create and maintain document library, reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to help in management requirements
  • Ensures accuracy of extracted statistics and reports for submission to Supervisor and/or Center Head
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing of budget performance of team, clarifies variances with Operations teams and consolidates budget report and recommends in management planning and cost savings initiatives of the company
  • Designs new tools and business analysis for projects, processes, and system improvements
  • Coordinates with Line Heads and colleagues in performing its regular duties and responsibilities
  • Support the Heads in managing the administrative and operational requirements of the organization
  • Responsible in creating internal communications (initiatives, updates, projects etc.) for release internally to Logistics
