What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Inside Sales Agent at Sozoroad, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective clients, supporting sales efforts, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with inbound leads and follow up on potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs, providing information about our real estate services and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and meet company sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
- Manage CRM software to track leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, communicating results to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, company offerings, and the real estate industry to communicate with clients effectively.
- Handle objections and negotiate sales deals to close transactions.
- Support other sales and marketing activities as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and lead management.

Requirements
- Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn.
- A bachelor's degree in sales, communications, marketing, or a related field is not required, but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Familiarity or experience with CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals and driving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical.
- Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected.
