JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Creative Focus

  • Lead the development of culinary products and emerging food trends.
  • Work closely with culinary teams to maintain high standards of creativity and quality.
  • Stay updated on new culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.


B. Technical Focus

  • Manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for R&D projects, including specifications, processes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all R&D activities meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and prepare technical documents and reports related to product development.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Project Management or certifications are a plus.
  • At least 10 years in R&D, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in culinary innovation, product development, and project management.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, especially in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • Expertise in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
