- Lead the development of culinary products and emerging food trends.
- Work closely with culinary teams to maintain high standards of creativity and quality.
- Stay updated on new culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.
- Manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough documentation for R&D projects, including specifications, processes and quality standards.
- Ensure all R&D activities meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and prepare technical documents and reports related to product development.
- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Project Management or certifications are a plus.
- At least 10 years in R&D, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in culinary innovation, product development, and project management.
- Experience in managing complex projects, especially in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Expertise in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
