- Manages past-due accounts, restructuring process, write-off requirements and coordinates with sales team
- Provides recommendation to mitigate credit risk exposure
- Processes the accreditation of new accounts and ship-to creation of existing accounts as well as reactivation of inactive accounts
- Reviews and ensures completeness of documentary requirements and conduct proper background check through validation in external platformsand internet whether the accounts have pending legal cases, material loans or has audit, management and any other related risks.
- Coordinates with CDS should there be missing documents or questions regarding account profile
- Manages document flow and filing in respective account folders
- Regularly performs comprehensive risk assessment of the entire Credit accounts portfolio through analysis
- Reviews of the account's risk profile, financial reports/data, historical performance, and other relevant info which may be helpful in mitigating credit risk/exposure.
- Proposes and recommends necessary actions to mitigate credit exposure and promotes loss prevention to the company.
- Uses industry/best practices and benchmarks in proposing improvements in risk mitigation strategies of the company.
- Assists the Credit Risk Head in identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure that AR exposure is well monitored at any given time.
- Monitor Bank Guarantee (BG) & other essential documents
- Visits accounts to be updated of their current status which will be very helpful in conducting risk assessment
- Reviews and updates all existing Credit Policies
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding credit risk issues for preventive/corrective action and follow through.
- Initiates alignments for risk mitigation strategies which indirectly impacts AR management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has 1-3 years of related work experience
