The Role

As an Auto LDRU Specialist,you will be responsible in ensuring that all submitted documents on accounts for review and booking are complete, in order and within policy at approved loan terms and conditions.

How you'll contribute

  • Assesses and encodes document deficiencies cited on the LDRU Checklist in Process Maker. Suggests Hold Proceeds or Hold Dealer’s Incentive depending on the significance of document deficiency and endorse for approval.​
  • Creation of Customer Basic Number via CRM in case account has no CASA or non-SBC client.​
  • Validates if the Account number indicated in signed Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) form is accurate versus FBEQ.
  • Sends email request to CDC Customer Maintenance if the account has existing BBN and with details subject for updating/modification.​

What we’re looking for

  • Graduated of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • With 0–2-year relevant work experience.
  • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye for details, our job is review of submitted documents
  • can work under pressure specially during month ends
