- Project Planning and Management
- Assist in the development, planning and management of special projects and events led by the Manager- Head of Community Relations. Tasks includes:
- Preparing detailed reports on timelines; and,
- Preparing comprehensive reports for pre-production, production and post production.
- Event Coordination
- Assist in the organization of company events which may include:
- Logistics;
- Budgeting;
- Engaging with contractors and suppliers; and,
- Research for venues.
- Communication
- Serves as a liaison between divisions, the company and the external stakeholders in effectively communicating project goals and progress;
- Coordinate with other divisions for internal projects and requirements; and,
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for project requirements, sponsorship requests and donations.
- Other Tasks
- Assist in ExCom and ManCom planning meetings led by the division;
- Do administrative work which includes:
- Preparing of Request for Payments (RFPs);
- Preparing Cash Advance requests;
- Preparing Expense Reports;
- Preparing Purchase Requisitions;
- Preparing Acknowledgement Receipts for transmittals; and,
- Prepare Sponsorship/Donations monitoring report.
- May perform job related tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Community Development, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years in an administrative role w/ supervisory/professional/officer capacity; experience in project management, community relations or a similar role; experience in event planning.
