Responsibilities:
- Plans and organize an effective system for the delivery of employees’ services, training and development, recruitment and placement, medical and employees’ security.
- Assists managers in forecasting manpower needs.
- Keeps up to date on government rules and regulations that might affect employee’s compensation packages. Implement changes accordingly.
- Oversee the recruitment process and ensure on-time delivery of requirements.
- Lead the investigation and enforce due process in handling Incident Reports and Disciplinary Actions.
- Ensure alignment with HR processes in HO-NCR.
- Provide reports to AVP, Manufacturing HR.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- 5 years or more experience in Human Resouces-Generalist
- Experience in Food Industry is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong background in Labor Relations, Payroll, and Recruitment
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Pavia, Ilo-Ilo
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
