Responsibilities:

  • Plans and organize an effective system for the delivery of employees’ services, training and development, recruitment and placement, medical and employees’ security.
  • Assists managers in forecasting manpower needs.
  • Keeps up to date on government rules and regulations that might affect employee’s compensation packages. Implement changes accordingly.
  • Oversee the recruitment process and ensure on-time delivery of requirements.
  • Lead the investigation and enforce due process in handling Incident Reports and Disciplinary Actions.
  • Ensure alignment with HR processes in HO-NCR.
  • Provide reports to AVP, Manufacturing HR.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • 5 years or more experience in Human Resouces-Generalist
  • Experience in Food Industry is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong background in Labor Relations, Payroll, and Recruitment
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Pavia, Ilo-Ilo
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
