Job Overview:

Data Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making by collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large data sets. They help organizations identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business performance and achieve strategic goals. This role involves using various analytics tools to measure campaign performance, user behavior, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create & maintain ad hoc and recurring reports for various stakeholders to provide data-driven insight
  • Re-imagining existing dashboards, analyses or presentation deck templates
  • Develop query scripts to clean, transform or explore data if needed, using querying languages such as SQL with proactivity on redesigning existing query scripts or other data processes on the team to further automate the ETL workflow
  • Be able to communicate most technical details/problems to non-technical stakeholders
  • Be willing to learn new tools and techniques alongside a passionate and driven team of analysts – being a team-player promoting flexibility and adaptability to the fast-paced environment of analytics
  • Work closely with the Analytics Lead in ensuring data are interpreted correctly based on the business requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time-series analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills to clearly communicate processes, strategies, and general requirements.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High sense of awareness with a focus on listening
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently
