Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or consulting
- 1 year of experience providing functional support
- Experience in working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to design solution workflows and architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, or industry-specific tools is preferred
- Knowledgeable in accounting and business operations
- CPA an advantage
