Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Amazon VA / E-commerce Amazon Assistant to join our client’s innovative team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of their Amazon operations, leveraging your expertise in Seller Central to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling and SEO-optimized product listings that stand out in Amazon’s competitive marketplace
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor and market research to inform strategic decisions and improve product positioning
  • Manage and optimize the entire product lifecycle on Amazon, from listing creation to performance analysis
  • Oversee inbound shipment processes, ensuring accuracy and swiftly resolving any discrepancies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon-related customer service inquiries, providing exceptional support
  • Proactively monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies and best practices, implementing changes to maintain compliance and optimize performance
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase product visibility and sales on the platform

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging product descriptions
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and inventory systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in e-commerce
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Comfortable with remote work and collaborating with a distributed team
