  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

As the Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for creating and designing training modules and collateral for the company and their clients. You will create both written and verbal learning media for consumption. Examples of training modules include but are not limited to leadership development, project management, time tracking, upselling by service, new hire training, sales and other collateral/modules as needed. Content and modules will be created for use by company clients. You will be required to follow all current brand standards and image requirements as provided. To see success in this role, your work will enable all participants to learn, upskill, develop, and achieve success. You will be responsible for ensuring content is created in the order of need as identified within the individual project.

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Self-motivation with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
  • A sense of urgency while being solution-oriented
  • High attention to detail, as well as superior organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop/create content for external clients
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Creative thinking skills that can generate and execute innovative ideas

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with training collateral creation
  • 1+ years of experience with instructional design
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Video editing preferred
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Ability to attend virtual meeting based on Eastern Time Zone

Candidate should have background in:

  • Training

  • PowerPoint
  • Articulate 360
  • Storyline

An added bonus would be experience with:

  • Video editing
  • AI voice generation
