Job Description

Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for finding solutions? As a Collections Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping customers resolve their financial challenges.

Through professional and empathetic interactions, you’ll negotiate repayment plans, update account details, and ensure compliance with company standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where your expertise drives meaningful results and makes a real difference!

Your Daily Tasks

  • Contact customers via phone and email to resolve past-due loans and negotiate payment solutions.
  • Establish repayment plans while clearly explaining consequences of delinquency.
  • Update and maintain accurate account records to support resolutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about payments and account issues.
  • Meet performance targets and follow company policies and guidelines.
  • Plan follow-ups and organize workflows to ensure efficient account management.
  • Assist with customer service tasks as needed.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience: 3+ years in collections, including handling delinquent accounts (120+ days overdue). Call center and remote work experience required.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and English communication (minimum 9/10 proficiency). Multitasking and customer service expertise are essential.
  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM and call center tools; stable internet and laptop required.
