Freedom Management, LLC is looking for a loyal, reliable team player to manage and streamline real estate transactions with precision and care. Your analytic mindset and technical orientation will be essential in handling documentation, overseeing checklists, and maintaining compliance with brokerage requirements. You’ll ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently, from managing acquisition and disposition checklists to preparing loan applications and running figures on potential acquisitions.

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in transaction coordination, mortgage processing, or related roles who is proficient in Dotloop, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat. The ideal candidate follows rules meticulously, communicates clearly, and can manage sensitive information with discretion. If you have strong organizational skills, thrive on structured processes, and are driven by accuracy and deadlines, this is the perfect role for you. A background in Business, Finance, or Project Management is preferred, but your ability to deliver results is what matters most.
