Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and BFSI domain expertise. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, within BFSI domains.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC best practices, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and budget to ensure successful execution.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for senior management.
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiency within project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in BFSI, IT, or fintech industries.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid role – minimum 3 days onsite in Makati per week.
