Job Summary
Implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, practices and procedures in line with the company standards; manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department in the assigned Seda property (Seda Centrio) ; and supports the operating units by implementing human resources programs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with our Human Resources policies and procedure.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the Code of Discipline.
- Ensure a fair objective grievance procedure is achieved to.
- To be responsible for monitoring days off owed to the employees.
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate the Hotel training and development activities including but not limited to: Training Budget, Training Needs Analysis, Training programs and evaluations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Speaks, thinks clearly and can express with confidence.
- Computer Literate
- Multi-Skilled and Multi-tasked Individual
