Job Summary:

  • Oversee the preparation and evaluation of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) reports, identifying key insights and trends across the organization.
  • Assist in creating and compiling monthly departmental reports, supporting variance analysis across different business functions.
  • Contribute to financial reporting and monthly variance analysis for FBG’s Retail Sportsbook operations.
  • Handle various month-end responsibilities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and other tasks assigned by finance leadership.
  • Manage invoice processing and purchase requisitions in Oracle, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and correct GL account allocation through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and provide valuable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting within a BPO setting, including month-end close and financial reporting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and budgeting/forecasting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, capable of preparing reports, financial variance analysis, and presentation decks.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail).
  • Experience with automated accounting systems; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
  • Background in the online sports betting industry is advantageous.
  • Open to working the night shift.
