Procurement Analyst (Project-based)

Successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of activities related to supplier/contractor selection process, contract and purchase order preparation process, and administration of all awarded purchase orders and contracts.

The Role

• Leads/Participates in the supplier/contractor selection process (i.e. accreditation, sourcing, preparation of selection packages, pre-bidding, quote/bid evaluation, recommendation)
• Ensures compliance to contract model standard and procurement process
• Interfaces with Legal, project owners, stakeholders, and other PGPC departments to identify purchase orders or contract requirements and resolve issues
• Handles the administration of all awarded purchase orders and contracts
• Leads/Participates in procurement and contracting process review, improvement and implementation, compliance to safety requirements, CHESM, reviews and continuous improvement

The Individual

• Bachelor’s degree related to Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum of at least two (2) years of work experience in procurement operations and/or contract administration
• Should be able to participate as lead or team member of multi-functional teams
• Possesses good negotiation skills and able to evaluate commercial offers from bidders/contractors
• Willing to be based in Mak-Ban Asset (Bay, Laguna)
