Job Description:

  • Formulates and executes strategies for continuous improvement that enhance overall operational efficiency while aligning with the objectives of the Company.
  • Ensures that projects yield substantial organizational effectiveness and optimize the utilization of manpower and other resources.
  • Engages with the management committee to prioritize proposed projects and initiatives. Monitors and assesses performance, providing timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor and relevant units, emphasizing progress and opportunities.
  • Prepares and delivers regular reports on the advancements, impacts, and advantages of implemented systems and process improvement initiatives to the management committee and relevant Company units.
  • Ensures that users fully leverage the capabilities of developed systems/applications and other process improvement efforts.
  • Directs the sourcing and selection of third-party vendors that fulfill the business system specifications and requirements for system development and acquisition.

Qualification

  • Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university major Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
  • Work experience in the same or related position.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
