JOB DETAILS

Electrical engineers design, develop and supervise the manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, machines, and systems. These systems are used to generate, distribute, use, and control electric power.

Work is in an office environment or onsite at the electrical system or infrastructure.

Suitable for people with good problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of mathematics and technical design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the design and engineering of projects from conception to completion (PV, BESS, and Embedded Networks).
  • Conduct detailed feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the viability of renewable projects.
  • Develop technical specifications, engineering drawings, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to incorporate into project designs.
  • Perform system performance analysis and optimization to maximize energy output and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of assets.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV/BESS system design, including system sizing, string sizing, technology selection, and energy storage integration.
  • Proficiency in industry software tools, such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and PVSyst.
  • Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations related to solar PV/BESS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Location / Working shifts:

Pasig City; NSW Business hours; NSW Legal Holidays Off ; Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
