Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in building strong, long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving client satisfaction.

As a remote role, you’ll work closely with clients from various international markets, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to business growth. You’ll be responsible for relationship management, proactive communication, sales and marketing, and lead generation, working collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure clients receive the best service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Communication & Problem-Solving

  • Address client inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat) with a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach.
  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience and high levels of satisfaction.

Sales, Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Proactively generate leads within the existing client base and identify new business opportunities to support business growth.
  • Use Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and support, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products that meet client expectations.

Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze client feedback, providing insights to improve service delivery, product offerings, and client experience.

Adaptability & Flexibility

  • Work rotational hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients in various time zones.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in any field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in client relations, sales, marketing, and lead generation.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong experience using Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead management and client outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong skills in proactively addressing and resolving client issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and platforms to manage client relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to rotational hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet international client needs.

  • Sales Strategy & Product Programs: The team follows a structured sales strategy with automated processes and a strong emphasis on a high-quality client experience.
  • CRM Tools: Access to Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be provided.
  • Training & Onboarding: Associates will undergo focused training, with top performers potentially invited to Dubai for an all-expense-paid trip.
  • Preferred Accent: A neutral, clear accent is preferred to facilitate smooth communication and strong client rapport.

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least Core i5 or higher).
