Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to support our influencer programs across Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you will help source and manage micro-influencers, oversee campaign execution, and foster strong relationships with content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about influencer marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit micro-influencers for brand campaigns across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Assist in setting up and managing influencer campaigns within the brand’s influencer management platform.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely content delivery.
  • Support the Partnerships & PR team by coordinating and placing gifting orders.
  • Manage and evaluate incoming influencer partnership requests via brand social accounts.
  • Organize and distribute influencer-generated content to cross-functional teams for brand marketing use.
  • Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok influencer communities.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships and campaign execution.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Familiarity with GRIN Influencer Platform is a pus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.
  • Must be available to overlap with West Coast hours.
