Customer Support Officer (BDO Life)

Job Summary:

• The position is primarily responsible for creating a positive customer experience by addressing customers' queries and concerns and processing their transaction request in a professional, friendly and caring manner.

Responsibilities:

• Administer policy transactions such as but not limited to: Policy Lons, Dividend, Withdrawal, Policy Surrender and other clients' requests.
• Evaluates and pre-approves the request for payment related to financial transactions.
• Attend promptly to emails or in-coming calls or walk-in FAs and ensures that concerns and requests are given appropriate action.
• Resolves or escalates complaints and ensure that clients are adequately informed of the actions being undertaken and assured that their complaints are being addressed.
• UAT representative. Reporting of system issues, preparation and execution of test cases and documentation and submission of UAT test results.
• Regularly prepares and submit regular transaction reports, suspense reports or daily update, if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or any related course
• At least five (5) years of customer service experience in life insurance industry, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of insurance practices and regulations
• Knowledge of MS Office technology (MS Excel for calculations reports, MS Word for documentation and processes, MS Powerpoint for presentation)
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
