Job Summary:

The Corporate Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets, expanding the client base, and fostering strong relationships with key corporate clients. This role includes managing and mentoring a sales team, setting performance goals, and ensuring the alignment of sales activities with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to target and capture them.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales agreements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Set clear team goals and monitor performance metrics.

Market Analysis & Business Development:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance data to assess progress towards goals.
  • Report sales activity and progress to senior management.
  • Implement sales incentives and reward programs to motivate the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with finance and operations to manage pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B corporate sales environment.
  • Proven experience in direct sales to end users and overseeing the tender management process.
  • Experience in Audio Visual Solutions Technology or relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
