  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The IT Project Delivery Director will lead the technology initiatives and drive successful project outcomes.

The IT Project Delivery Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the bank. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing relationships with senior executives, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
