Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven TikTok Manager to lead our influencer outreach team and oversee our TikTok marketing efforts. The TikTok Manager will be responsible for managing a team of outreach specialists, coordinating with influencers, setting up a TikTok shop, and driving measurable results at a fast pace. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, team management, and hands-on execution, all while thriving in a high-growth environment that values speed and agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
  • Train, and manage a team of TikTok outreach specialists.
  • Set clear KPIs for the team and ensure performance meets aggressive growth targets.
  • Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a culture of speed, adaptability, and efficiency.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement TikTok marketing strategies to promote our products and drive rapid sales growth.
  • Collaborate with outreach specialists to identify suitable influencers who align with the brand’s image.
  • Coordinate with influencers to send product samples, finalize collaborations, and ensure timely content delivery with quick turnarounds.
  • TikTok Shop Management
  • Set up and manage the TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Monitor sales performance and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue quickly and effectively.
  • Content Oversight
  • Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and high standards of quality.
  • Provide creative input to make campaigns more engaging and impactful, leveraging TikTok trends for rapid success.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance, influencer ROI, and sales metrics in real-time.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness, with actionable insights for immediate improvement.
  • Use analytics to pivot strategies quickly and achieve better outcomes.
  • Brand Representation
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and influencers.
  • Ensure all communications and collaborations uphold the brand’s image and values while driving aggressive growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or a similar role (TikTok experience is a must).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and user behavior, with an ability to capitalize on viral opportunities.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with TikTok’s eCommerce features, including TikTok Shop, with a focus on quick implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on efficiency and adaptability.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies quickly based on performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver impactful campaigns rapidly.
