Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations team in creating service proposals, service agreements, and other essential documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals
- Provide oversight to an Entry-Level and Experienced staff, offering guidance and support in their work.
- Prepare business development and sales reports as needed
- Manage the execution and legwork for agreed-upon projects and provide updates to team leaders as needed
- Address inquiries from the operations team, prospects, and clients promptly, providing them with necessary information, updates, and guidance.
- Identifies and actively pursues technical issues requiring further attention and discusses them with the team
- Take initiative to develop additional knowledge, skills and abilities on a regular and consistent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Has at least 2 years of experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot)
- Has at least 1 year of experience with PandaDoc
- Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to team members
- Has experience in co-leading a project
- Keen to develop account management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
- Actively seizes opportunities to mentor junior team members, building leadership skills and helping foster team growth.
- Consistently demonstrates leadership abilities through his work pace and productivity.
- Shows ability to build relationships both professionally and personally as he takes time to know his colleagues well.
