Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, social media, and email
- Prepare regular reports for managers and stakeholders on campaign performance
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Oversee social media schedules and content, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate on campaign planning with internal teams and external contractors
- Coordinate project timelines and tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign documentation in HubSpot
- Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for testing and refining strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or comparable experience)
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC platforms, and social media management
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data and presenting insights
- Prior digital marketing experience is a plus
