A leading global player in the Renewable Infrastructure sector, requires an exceptional M&A professional to oversee acquisitions and divestments of multiple Solar and other infrastructure investments in the Philippines. You will work closely with the CEO and PE Fund on sourcing and executing investments.

The Position:

  • Source acquisition deals for Renewable Energy projects in the Philippines and later wider Asia.
  • Particular focus on sourcing utility scale and also rooftop solar projects in the Philippines market.
  • Individually source, complete due diligence and execute deals in the renewable energy sector

You:

  • 5-10 years Merger and Acquisition experience in the Renewable energy sector with some experience of Solar projects.
  • You will ideally come from a Buy side environment, either PE, SWF or possibly Corporate Development within a Renewable Energy / Solar power major.
  • Investment Banking candidates with M&A exposure to the renewable sector in the Philippines may also be considered.

This is a great opportunity to run multiple large deals and work closely with a Global PE firm.
