  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Main Responsibilities:

We're looking for a M&A Deal Analyst who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to prepare and present those deals to our clients so they can decide to pursue the deal or not.

This typically is done in a 2-5 minute Loom video explaining the deal and the core parts that are relevant using notes provided by the deal team.

You MUST Have:

- Experience analyzing and presenting deals both in terms of numbers and business operations

You Should Have:

- 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)

- Some financial analysis exposure and want to learn more

- Some experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal

- A strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better

- Intellectual curiosity and rigor
