JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Demand Planner/Data Analytics Officer to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will utilize your expertise in demand planning and data analytics to optimize supply chain processes and ensure efficient product distribution. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive improvements. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with at least 2 years of experience in demand planning or data analytics within an FMCG company, with strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage projects effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College Graduate
  • At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning or Data Analytics in an FMCG Company
  • Comfortable at reading and manipulating excel data and reports
  • Good Communication skills both oral and written
  • Able to adapt and influence other people
  • Good at Problem Solving and Ensuring tasks and projects are delivered based on commitment
  • Project Management Skill
  • Advance Excel capability (can develop dashboards) is a plus
