Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow assigned distributors of brown paper.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts, buyers to promote brand awareness, profitable business relationships and keep abreast of trade development, competition, emerging consumers behaviours and trends.
  • In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products or services to customers and organize visits to current and potential customers.
  • Responsible for the sales activities, execute promotional plans and products listing as well as propose customize promotional activities.
  • Analyse & propose strategy and generate sales related report on timely manner to ensure management are able to keep track of the sales progress.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by superior/management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a diploma / Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in consumer goods Sales operations / channel sales or Distributor management experience is advantage.
  • Prior working knowledge in Paper, Printing, Packaging, or paper converting industries is a must.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication, presentation skills & excellent customer focus.
