Overview: We seek a highly organized and creative WFM Change and Project Specialist to support the implementation of new tools and processes. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise, innovative thinking, and creative marketing and communication skills to oversee the successful rollout of initiatives and ensure their adoption and usage across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects, driving change, and engaging stakeholders through effective communication and persuasive strategies.
- Project Implementation: Lead the planning, execution and delivery of WFM tools and process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and encourage the adoption of new organizational practices and tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Utilize marketing and communication skills to promote project benefits, engage stakeholders, and build support for changes, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Apply creative thinking to overcome implementation challenges, enhance project outcomes, and deliver innovative solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Training and Support: Coordinate with the WFM training specialist to develop training programs and materials for new tools and processes, ensuring staff are well-prepared and supported through changes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of implemented projects, reporting on their impact and effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating project management and change implementation practices based on feedback and results.
Required skills + qualities (technical):
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Project Management Expertise (e.g., Agile, PMI, Scrum, or Kanban)
- Change Management Techniques (e.g., ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model)
