We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist that's specialized in designing and implementing sourcing strategies and recruiting candidates using various platforms, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, assess applicants’ skills, and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Responsible for sourcing and selection of talent for any type of TA projects, including for management (middle/upper), atypical & niche roles.

Within your role, you will:
- Design and implement sourcing and TA strategies for Recruitment projects.
- Source, headhunt and recruit candidates by using databases, kariyer.net, LinkedIn or social media, etc.
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Follow up new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
What will make you successful for the role:
- At least C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in Recruitment
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, reference check, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
