About the position:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative. You will be trained and entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, set appointments with potential clients, and help grow the business by generating new opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys engaging with people, and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify potential leads through research, email, and LinkedIn outreach

• Reach out to prospects to introduce the company’s services

• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects

• Accurately track and manage lead information in the database to ensure proper follow up and timely updates.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided

• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, writing, and reading is a MUST

• Highly motivated and eager to learn

• Willingness and ability to quickly understand the sales development methods and techniques

• Hardworking, with a strong desire to excel in this role, and amenable to working long hours as needed

• Great attention to detail

• Well-organized

• Experience in the use of job boards such as LinkedIn is an ADVANTAGE

• Experience in sales development roles is an ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time job in a permanent work-from-home setup. From Sunday to Thursday, 16:00-01:00 Manila time
