  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role:
  • Maintain strong relationships with all clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
  • Engage with customers proactively and empathetically through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts and payments.

What You Need

    • Experience in Collections dealing with Construction Companies.
    • Outstanding quality of work, attention to detail and accuracy
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance relationships with managers and staff in order to achieve work goals.
    • Previous Experience with Customised Billing, Payment Claims or RCTIs
    • Maintaining positive relationships with key customers to deliver excellent customer service.
    • Maintaining accurate billing data and responding to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
    • Conducting data analysis and generating regular operational performance reports
