- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with potential clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
