Company Description:
Our company is involved in promoting Greece for the last 25 years through travel sites visited from all around the world with 10 million visitors per year such www.greeka.com, www.ferriesingreece.com etc.
Through the websites, we provide a range of travel services for a seamless holiday experience such online car rental reservations, ferry tickets, transfers, tours etc.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role and our Company will provide 2 months PAID training in order to teach you how to become a customer agent for our Travel Agency.
The Travel Operator Job Responsibilities that you will learn are:
• Ferry tickets Department: Check our online bookings. Handle customers’ requests such as tickets issuing, amendments, cancellations etc.
• Car Rental Department and Hotel Department: Check our online bookings, handling customers’ requests and daily work.
• Tours and Transfers Department: Issuing vouchers after arrangements with the customers and the tour – transfer provider. Handle the bookings received and the customer’ requests.
• Accounting Department: Issue invoices, check clearings, check payments received, check refunds etc.
• Call Center: Receive calls, handle customers’ requests and problems, note down requests to forward to the correct department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree, Superior University
• Good Typing Skills (40 to 60 words per minute)
• Strong command of English (oral and written)
• Office Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word)
• Attention to details
• Organization Skills
