- Manage and execute compliance tasks and projects, ensuring the implementation of rigorous quality standards, streamlined reports, and comprehensive process flow analysis for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Spearhead the identification, development, and establishment of the Company's robust Quality Management Systems and Procedures, conducting impactful training sessions to instil a culture of excellence within the team.
- Conduct extensive research and maintain up-to-date training, operating procedures, and compliance with laws and legislations, including ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, contributing to the Company's alignment with industry best practices.
- Plan and execute Internal Audits of Company Systems, guaranteeing adherence to relevant ISO requirements and established guidelines, consequently fortifying the integrity of the Company's business processes.
- Develop and maintain playbook, comprehensive manuals, standard operating procedures, progress updates, forms, and other documents in strict accordance with relevant ISO standards, showcasing commitment to regulatory excellence.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to devise strategies and processes related to Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, aligning with client requirements and industry standards such as ISO 9001 and 27001.
- Identify process gaps and provide valuable recommendations, implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall compliance effectiveness.
- Offer hands-on training, leadership, and guidance to the compliance team and internal/external business partners during the creation and execution of Compliance Strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to and facilitate Operational Excellence projects within departments, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Total Quality Management by consistently adhering to assigned tasks and responsibilities outlined by the Total Quality Management Manager. Adheres to task assigned by the Total Quality Management Manager.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Engineering (others) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience as a QA Supervisor or Compliance Officer is required for this position
- Audit experience with ISO 27001
- Strong knowledge on Risk Management based on ISO 27001
- Strong knowledge in information and communications technology based on ISO Standards
- Preferably with Basic knowledge, experience and training under the Quality Management Systems or ISO certified organization
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence, Continuous/Process Improvement, and Total Quality Management concepts
- Has excellent & effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and initiative
- Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays
- Proficient in a Microsoft Office Environment, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
