Job Description:
- Assist in the disbursement processing
- Process payments to suppliers
- Bookkeeping (Accounts Payable)
- Communicate with clients and staff via phone, email, and in person
- Other AP-related concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance, or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel
- Knowledge in Acumatica is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organizational skills; ability to prioritize
- Highly flexible, available to work as soon as possible
