Duties and responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Operations
  • Process necessary business permits and government mandated requirements for all company-owned stores
  • Process credit card/payment terminal requirements, monitor installation, request and follow up repairs or replacements and other related transactions
  • Merchandising lead for total company
  • KV allocation, printing and delivery on a per project basis in coordination with respective suppliers
  • Maintains database (size and count) of all merchandising materials/structures
  • Maintenance of counter/store facilities; will coordinate with necessary contractor or supplier to fix, clean or refurbish should there be a need
  • Store visits to ensure updated KV’s and sustaining merchandising materials (acrylic holders, etc.) – this includes compiling all execution photos
  • Write business letters, reports, or operations memos using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint as instructed by Operations Managers
  • Attend to operational events, such as certain product launches, accounts special activities, invitational selling, conventions, fairs, bazaars, etc.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Filing of contracts and other pertinent business documents
  • Coordinate production, monitor movement and release of BA uniforms
  • Compilation of SKU database, pricing, product image, etc.

  • Scope new stores for possible expansion and set-up opening of new stores, including all necessary permits & business requirements
  • Coordinate job orders with suppliers and ensure completion of each

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • With excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Has good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to perform functions as required in the nature and scope of the position
  • Ability to be a team player, yet work independently when required
  • Extensive knowledge and skill in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Someone who is agile and can travel to check on stores
