What is your mission?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department. Responsibilities include managing employee records, payroll processing, benefits coordination, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Organize and update personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility when needed.
  • Handle onboarding documentation for new hires, including contracts, tax forms, and verification processes.

Payroll Administration

  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and address issues promptly.

Benefits Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
  • Support the enrollment process for health, retirement, and other benefit programs.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

HR Compliance and Reporting

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate reports related to employee data, turnover, payroll, and other HR metrics.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.

General Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications as directed.
  • Provide support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Who are we looking for?
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources handling a US-based client
  • Experience in records management, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll.
  • Excellent Communication skills
