Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, discipline, retention and community relations.
- With experience in community relations and developing good relationships with LGUs.
- Administratively oversee, plant facilities, safety and health as well as security.
- Communicate plant's status, needs, and progress to the general manager and key stakeholders, aligning with the company's plans and priorities.
- Ensure timely submission of work-related reports and conduct monthly plant updates.
- Evaluate and review the plant's annual budget, service/purchase request forms, and receiving forms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields of study.
- Minimum of 10 years in HR and Admin with at least 5 years of as a manager preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
- The ideal candidate should have experience as HR & Admin during plant construction, preferably combined with a background in community relations.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Lemery, Batangas
