The Human Resource Generalist/Officer is generally responsible for the overall execution of HR processes and systems, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and performance management, along with internal communications.

The Human Resource Generalist/Officer is generally responsible for the overall execution of HR processes and systems, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and performance management, along with internal communications.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all HR-related employee queries to support daily operations
- Maintain attendance records and run employee payroll while maintaining payroll confidentiality;
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interview and clearance process using our HRIS;
- Follow-ups of New Hire Review Forms Compliance;
- Release of Movement/Confirmation documentation etc.;
- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, enrolling vendors, and works closely with different partners/suppliers and ensuring that purchases or services are processed and being paid on time;
- Management of office supplies and assets
- Setting up, completions and maintenance of employee files and 201 records,
- Perform full-cycle recruiting activities to meet the direct hiring requirements of the company's local division in the Philippines
- Facilitates interviews and the preparation and sending of employment offer documents to successful applicants
- Administers compensation and benefit plans offered by the company and the government i.e. SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc;
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and assisting with team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations including business renewals and other government requirement
- At least 4+ years of experience as an HR practitioner.
- Strong communication skills, solid organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in creating strategies/ideas from the conceptual stage through the implementation and the execution.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, problem-solving and resolution skills.
- The ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks is required.
- Great attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Have a friendly, helpful and team-driven disposition
- Ability to work and collaborate using Google Suite
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite - MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field. A degree in Human Resources or Psychology major.
- Experience using Sprout (preferred)
