Warehouse Operations Manager
Major Function
The Warehouse Operations Manager assists the Senior Manager in contributing to the growth in terms of profitability and contribution to Fast Services Corporation, to society, through effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of the Operations by developing and improving the lives of its employees and future leaders inside and outside the working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the projects planned according to short, medium, and long term are met and delivered on- time.
2. Direct reports are well-equipped in operational planning for daily and medium-range projects.
3. Long Term and Strategic projects are well planned and have clear timetables to realize the project.
4. Development of staff to handle long-term and strategic projects.
5. To ensure that the organization's teams are efficient and well-structured in their operational processes to meet/ exceed Business Result Targets. Operational constraints are discussed daily among team members to be able to resolve them within committed timelines.
6. The Team conducts their level 2 meeting daily to manage operational performance and conduct problem-solving for encountered problems.
7. Operational Processes and Standards are reviewed quarterly to ensure optimum service rate.
8. Level 1 Members are continuously trained to be Team Leaders with the TNA requirements for further improvement of the organizing performance of the organization
9. To ensure that the Organization and Client’s Visions, Values, and Goals are aligned and well understood by the whole team. Each team or department understands their contribution to how they influence to the organizations overall Business Results.
10. The team understands the organization's Vision, Values, and Goals and is shown in the day to day operations.
11. Respective KPI’s per team are well in place and understood on how they influence the organization's business results.

13. To Ensure that critical areas that are potential causes for company losses are well controlled and continuously improved.
14. Standard Operating Procedures are in place and observed to avoid possible operational losses due to negligence.
15. To ensure hitting with the Client Major Scorecard
16. To ensure Compliance with the Master Plan under control by the Site
17. To ensure the hitting of targets in the SLAs of Admin or Support Teams in Alabang.
18. To ensure that output is delivered skillfully with the highest and excellent number of manning as required by the operations.
19. To minimize the cost and expand the business.
20. To ensure alignment of all the workforces or people to the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Company.
