  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Policy Renewals:
    • Handle simple policy renewals by retrieving information from the insurance website, updating the internal system, and filing policy PDFs appropriately
  • Complex Renewals:
    • Follow a comprehensive checklist to assess policy variables
    • Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand their current needs and confirm that the policy continues to meet those needs
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive and professional service
    • Educate clients on policy details and recommend appropriate adjustments or changes as necessary
  • Assessment & Action:
    • Analyze client information and policy data to determine whether updates, renewals, or changes are needed
    • Ensure proper actions are taken based on the assessment to deliver optimal solutions for the client
  • Team Lead
    • Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued services
    • Conduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve
    • Analyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols
    • Ensure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reports
    • Perform other supervisory tasks as required

Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years BPO experience
  • At least 6 months Team Lead/Supervisory experience
  • Insurance experience is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge with MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong or Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
