  • Proficiency in managing and administering various benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee benefits.
  • Ability to interpret and explain benefits policies and procedures to employees.
  • Skilled in administering benefits programs, including enrollment, termination, and claims processing.
  • Ability to prepare and process required documents for government statutory payments, such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Ability to maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits.
