Role Definition
Provides technical expertise in the infrastructure operations level on the development and support of all activities, processes, and tools needed to protect information security.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the security infrastructure is correctly configured, optimizing the features to further elevate the security control.
- Investigating and recommending corrective actions on infrastructure related incidents.
- Collaborating with IT and Network partner to ensure that cyber security considerations are integrated into all technology initiatives.
- Reviewing and assessing cyber security SRs and changes.
- Creating Methods-of-Procedure (L3) and presenting to CCB/CAB for review and approval.
- Resolving problem or error encountered with security software, hardware, and components, as well as replaces defective components (as necessary) on a timely basis to minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Investigating security incidents and determining the cause of the breach
- Providing expert advice and guidance within the group on cyber security matters, including project risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Testing and deploying priority/special projects.
- Leading infrastructure disaster recovery drills to ensure that backups are tested and up to date, recommend improvement to improve recovery process.
Education:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience)
Qualifications:
- Must have an experience and strong knowledge with Cloud platforms (EntraID Services, AWS Identity Center, Defender for Cloud etc.) and Security
- Experienced with Cybersecurity and Compliance Awareness
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance concepts (NIST, CIS, etc.) with basic knowledge in cloud security best practices.
- Ability to automate security tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python with experience in implementing security controls in the Cloud
- Preferably with Cloud Security-related certifications
