About the Role:
- Partner with Corporate / Business Unit HR and local management team to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and advisory services that aligned with the business initiatives, company objectives and management directives.
- Drives HR functional excellence and process improvement spanning across recruitment, payroll administration, performance and rewards, employee relations, learning and culture as well as HR system operations.
- Implement / Execute standard HR policies across business units and able to provide strategic solutions to HR-related issues, ensure compliance of HR processes.
- Acting as HRBP to oversee the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment to off boarding in customer service line of business, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Serve as advocate of corporate cultures and core values, Employer Value Propositions and talent initiatives.
- Build credibility and rapport with the business stakeholders and employees to enable efficient implementation of people agenda.
- Cultivate and promote employee engagement, good employee relations and professional HR support to the stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience with HR generalist / HRBP function and 3-5 years leading exposure
- Strong business and HR acumen, preferably from fast paced and volatile work environment
- Working background in MNC establishment and call center environment will have an added advantage
- Prior experience working as multifaceted HR in supporting in-house call center will be preferred
- Good HR competencies and well versed with Philippines employment regulations / labour law
- Stakeholder management skills and effective problem solving
- Good written and communication skills, ability to interface effectively with different level of people
- Agile, CAN-DO attitude with growth mindset
- Self-motivated, could work independently with minimal supervision
