  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Visa Expert to join our growing team! Our goal is to eliminate the stress and administrative work created by travel visas.

Mission: The world is vast, and everyone deserves the freedom to explore it. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers of complexity and confusion in the visa application process, so people can move freely and confidently—without being held back by paperwork.

What you'll do:

  • Guide clients through the visa application process for various visa types (study, travel)
  • Map out visa application processes in new countries and visa types
  • Handle customer enquiries and engage in converting customers
  • Review and complete visa applications for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of client information and application statuses
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email and phone
  • Help clients prepare for visa interviews
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest visa requirements

Who you are:

  • You are passionate about travel, mobility, and visa work.
  • At least 2 years of experience in directly handling visa applications (not outsourced to an agency or partner)
  • You have a strong understanding of visa requirements for different countries on www.outbound.sg
  • You're highly organizer and can keep track of multiple applications at once.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex information patiently.
  • You have years of experience with different visa applications
  • Most importantly, you're a team player who cares about our clients and colleagues
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog strongly preferred
